Our wash process is very safe; however, we cannot be held responsible for: Any incidental damage that may occur while your vehicle is being washed or when utilizing the free vacuums including but not limited to: any damage related to pre-existing conditions (tears, scratches, dents, discoloration, rust, gaps in vehicle body, etc.) damage to automated windshield wiper systems, wiper blades rear window wipers, surface scratches, loose trim or exterior moldings, loose or broken parts, exterior side mirrors, trailer hitch caps, roof racks, antennas, insignias, aftermarket accessories (bug shields, sun visors, spoilers), magnetic signage, vehicle decals, License plates, License plate holders, emblems, gas caps, gas covers, tires, electric plug covers, running boards, hood ornaments, alloy, chrome or mag wheels or rims, headlights, rear lamps, or reflectors, sunroof, windshield stress crack or pebble crack, spare wheel covers, wheel center caps & stem valves, collisions in the tunnel due to braking or driving, damages caused by another customer's actions, vehicles over 10 years old.
Attention: All side mirrors capable of being folded must be folded prior to entering the wash tunnel. All truck beds must be completely empty and clear of all items and debris prior to washing, including ratchet straps, tow straps, tools, and personal property. Customers are responsible for properly preparing their vehicle and removing or securing applicable items before entering the wash. Buckeye Express Car Wash is not responsible for damage to the vehicle, wash equipment, or personal property resulting from side mirrors not being folded or from items or debris left in the truck bed.

Buckeye Express Car Wash's Repair Policy: Should Buckeye Express Car Wash determine they are liable for sustained damage or if offered a courtesy repair we will provide you with a reputable auto body shop to have an estimate prepared and for repair of your damage. Should you choose to obtain an estimate or repairs from a different body shop, Buckeye Express Car Wash reserves the right to reimburse you for the reasonable costs of your repairs.
